We need people like you to get running and raise the vital funds needed to save lives! We have lots of opportunities for you and your friends to get together and run for St John Wales!

To help you make the most of your run we will provide you with;

• A fundraising and training pack
• A special St John Wales t-shirt
• A personal online sponsorship page with www.justgiving.com which can be emailed to your friends, family and work colleagues all over the world.
• Fundraising support from the St John Wales team.
• A certificate stating how much you have raised for St John Wales and the event that you completed.
• And a free First Aid kit!!

How your money can help!

• £15 could pay for the running costs for one of our ambulances forone hour.
• £25 could pay for an hour of advanced first aid training and assessment for one of our lifesaving volunteers.
• £45 could equip one of our volunteers with a first response kit which contains all the basic medical aids a volunteer is likely to require at an event.
• £120 could buy a Little Annie, a Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training model, crucial for our volunteers when training the public in CPR.
• £150 could pay for a course in the expert use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), which many of our volunteers need in order to save lives
• £1,800 could pay for an AED, vital to the resuscitation process following a heart attack.
• £50,000 could buy and equip a Ambulance used by St John Cymru Wales at many of events around Wales .

All we ask is that you raise £250 sponsorship (a minimum of £100) and have fun!
